gargleblasted has a brand spankin' new Adventure Time cast popping up this app round! It's promising to be pretty dang awesome, and we'd like you to help our cast grow into, like, an even more awesome and ginormous cast. Of awesome.
New arrivals-
So far, we've got a ballin' Princess Bonnibel Bubblegum and a majestic Marceline Abadeer with their apps in and pending, and a funtastic Finn the Human on reserve. That's like three parts of the main cast already assembled! Or mostly assembled. But hey, it's enough for a three-man band! Or... one man, one candy princess, and one vampire band. But hey, semantics.
Looking for-
We're looking for some sweet people to join up, if you know what I mean. Tch tch!
Naturally, Finn would probably be all over having his bro Jake the Dog up in the house. Peebs and Marc agree it'd be pretty saccharine to have a Fionna join our cast, if you happen to play the genderbent heroine we all know and most of us love. Of course, an Ice King would complement the cast quite well, and a Lady Rainicorn would be mondo awesome, but we all know that nobody plays her.
Aw, man, it's not just them, though. The rest of the cast would be amazing and awesome and axiomatic and other a-words all rolled into one a-tastic burrito. I'm not sure axiomatic goes together with those other words, but they all start with "A" so I'm sure it's good.
About the game-
AKA the section that probably should've went first
Mostly Harmless (AKA Gargleblasted) is a multi-fandom jamjar RP set in the universe of the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe. It's community-based, medium-paced, and, for the most part, entirely silly.
The premise is that the world is destroyed (somehow) and this great big spaceship-slash-city-slash-spaceship picks up your character as a refugee. Then you take up various odd jobs to either make enough money to rebuild your planet (hint: it's a lot of money and nobody's saved up enough yet) or just chill and shoot the breeze or something like that. I'm not very good at explaining things, but it's basically just an excuse for your characters to do stuff anyway you don't even need to play by those rules baby.
ANYWAY JOIN US.
Reserves are currently opened right the heck now and remain open until the end of Friday the 11th, applications can be turned in at any point until then, and on Saturday the 12th they start accepting the apps turned in. So you got like an entire frickin' week, man. You can do this!
Also, it's the Marceline player's birthday today. THINK OF IT AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT.
